Royal Caribbean has a few different options for drink packages. They are not limited like Carnival. 
 

BEVERAGE PACKAGES 

Toast to virtually unlimited options with cocktails, beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, premium coffee, tea, and bottled water* – plus a 40% discount on bottles of wine under $100 and 20% off bottles above $100. Onboard pricing is currently $63.00-$70.00/per day for 2019 sailings.

Everyone in the cabin over 21 must purchase the drink package. No exceptions.
Packages are purchased through your reservation login online and must be paid in full at time of purchase.
(If the package goes on sale, that can be adjusted down)

Drink package costs can not be added to your booking, nor included in the total price of your sailing to be paid off.
